Join the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas (PAC) for the October Virtual Support Group. This month’s topic will be Advocating for You Care with Parkinson’s. You’ll learn some helpful tips and tricks, and then we’ll open up the conversation to talk more about strategies you have used.
About the Speaker
Gillian Schultz is PAC’s Program Director and has more than 11 years of experience in patient advocacy and education. She is passionate about creating meaningful programs that help individuals and families feel informed, connected, and empowered.
As a parent of a son with hemophilia, Gillian also brings firsthand experience navigating the healthcare system and advocating for the care and support her family needs. She draws on this experience to help the Parkinson’s community navigate their own journeys with knowledge, confidence, and connection.
