About the Speaker
Hillary Kaylor is the Ombudsman Program Manager for Mecklenburg Nursing Homes at Centralina Area Agency on Aging. As an Ombudsman, her job is to protect residents’ right and improve the quality of care and life for residents in long-term care facilities.
