Beat Parkinson’s with Exercise
Wednesday, February 18, 2026
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Join PAC for our February Wellness Wednesday webinar. Exercise is one of the most powerful tools available for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Research consistently shows that participating in at least 2.5 hours of exercise per week is shown to slow symptom progression, improve mobility, balance, strength, and flexibility, while also supporting mood, confidence, and overall quality of life. While Parkinson’s affects each person differently, staying active, at any stage of the journey, can make a meaningful difference.
Michelle Hespeler, Founder of Beat PD Today is going to share why exercise is so important! Michelle was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at 40 years old. While initially devastated by the diagnosis, she changed her mindset, finding community support and creating an exercise program that now spans the US. Her mantra is “Think Strong, Move Strong, and Be Strong, Beat PD Today.”
